Home Care Scheduler Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Home Care Scheduler to join our team. As a Home Care Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless care coordination for our clients.
Key responsibilities include managing caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows to ensure continuous client coverage, handling inbound and outbound scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agencies, and using scheduling and EMR systems to document updates accurately.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will work closely with teammates to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts and 24/7 coverage. If you have experience speaking with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers, and are tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1-2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles
* Proven experience speaking with medical professionals
* Familiarity with EMR/scheduling systems
