Job Description
We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing high-potential content channels on YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat.
Your primary objective will be to engage with creators and channel owners, evaluate monetization opportunities, and structure commercial partnerships that align with our growth strategy.
You will work closely with our platform managers, data/strategy team, and company executives to identify business opportunities and develop strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify high-revenue potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with our business goals
* Engage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess the value and potential of their channels
* Develop and present commercial proposals to creators and channel owners
* Onboard new partners into our operational processes
* Explore and analyze new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate our growth
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of the creator economy and social media content monetization, and genuine interest in digital content and the evolution of social platforms.
We are looking for someone with proven negotiation and deal-making abilities, the ability to craft compelling commercial offers and proposals, and strong autonomy, organization, and project management skills.
Candidates should have experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A related to digital media or entertainment.
