Job Description
This role is part of our Operations team and supports our customers in Frankfurt. We are looking for a candidate who can deliver outstanding service and work closely with our customer's learning delivery team.
You will be responsible for analyzing the training needs provided by the client, determining the number of sessions needed, and coordinating the execution of these sessions.
You will also be the key contact point for all local stakeholders, calibrating and coordinating with our Indian team as required.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required,
* Organize the training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program,
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,
* Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,
* Exposure to an international work environment,
* High-level understanding of the training landscape,
* Customer service-oriented posture,
* Team player,
* Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts,
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities,
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM,
* Fluent in English
