Key responsibilities
* Own the Commercial Planning cycle for two assigned regions, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and commercial execution.
* Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a PMO within the Global Commercial team, including governance frameworks, project tracking, and reporting cadences.
* Participate in senior-level meetings and synthesize discussions into structured action plans, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and follow-through.
* Partner with regional commercial leads and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor initiative progress and proactively identify execution risks.
* Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and executive-ready materials that convey project status and commercial planning insights clearly to senior leadership.
* Support Chief of Staff-like functions for the Commercial leadership team, including agenda management, preparation of strategic materials, and cross-team coordination.
Experience
* 8–10 years in project management, PMO, strategic planning, or Chief of Staff roles
* Prior experience in management consulting (e.G. Accenture, Integration Consulting, or similar) is a strong plus
* Background in financial services or asset management preferred

* Exceptional ability to listen, synthesize, and structure complex information

* Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese and/or Spanish a plus
