We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support our Customer Success Senior Manager in a fast-paced digital marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, relationship management, and meeting support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and optimize bio pages for new clients

2. Coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup

3. Configure calendar linking systems and account setups
\
4. Facilitate client offboarding communications
\
5. Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes
\
6. Conduct thorough account audits and resolve messaging errors
\
7. Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
\
8. Attend weekly client meetings and take detailed notes
\
9. Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
\
10. Collaborate with account managers to ensure client requests are tracked and completed
\
11. Provide strong written and verbal communication skills
\
12. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
\
13. Proficiency with CRM systems and experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
\
14. 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
\
15. Proven ability to work in a team environment
\
16. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
\
17. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
\
