Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM professional to lead the development and enhancement of our platform.
* Design, develop, and implement complex solutions that meet business needs.
* Configure and customize applications and modules to optimize performance.
* Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to drive efficiency.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.
* Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
