Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their key projects, goals and KPIs. You will establish a governance model for delivery with the customer at various levels including implementation, operational, management and executive.
* Experience in Linux is required;
* Proficiency in databases and SQL (MySQL, Postgres) is necessary;
* Familiarity with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence is essential;
* Knowledge of AWS Services is a must;
* Familiarity with REST API integration is desired;
* Customer-centric approach is highly valued;
* Advanced English communication skills are expected;
