Key Responsibilities
* Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
