Technical Cutover Manager Job Role

Job Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and project management offices to guide project teams through successful go-live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in a private cloud environment.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle, including landscape readiness, configuration, development, and regional requirements alignment.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete technical activities in a pre-planned sequence, ensuring alignment with project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
* Manage traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, deliverables, testing, and defect resolution throughout the go-live and hypercare phases.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with prior experience in technical cutover or related technical leadership roles.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager role.
Preferred Competencies:
* Experience with previous projects involving successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
