Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Technical Specialist
Duration: 6-18 month contract with a variable number of hours per week.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to work in a collaborative environment as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM) and hands-on experience with Service Portal Development, Flow designer, and traditional workflows.

This role involves working with functional teams and clients to implement ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and building customized applications using ServiceNow AppEngine.
The responsibilities include creating and maintaining API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services, working with the latest ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance applications, and designing and developing reports and dashboards.
You will also be working with CIOs, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, PPM), and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advances technologies, new and evolving service models for technology, and the operational expectations of an organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Requirements
* Extensive experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM)
* Hands-on experience with Service Portal Development, Flow designer, and traditional workflows
* Experience with ServiceNow Scripting – Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc
* Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, Integration hub
* Expertise in ServiceNow Common Service Data Model 4.0 (CSDM 4)
* Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts
* Experience building dashboards and reports
* Experience with App Engine
