Job Summary:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for supporting one to two Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding team members towards improvement.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices to drive continuous improvement
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of experimentation and feedback to promote growth
* Collaborate closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across regions
