Role Overview:We are looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner in the Human Resources area, ensuring the execution of processes and initiatives that drive employee engagement and development. Key ResponsibilitiesManage activities related to compensation (IJP, Grids), reporting, benefits programs, onboarding and offboarding processes.Support employees with various needs and serve as a point of reference for HR-related matters.Lead Employee Engagement actions, identifying critical areas and recommending improvements to policies and processes.Coordinate goal-setting conversations, performance review follow-ups, and normalization discussions.Assist in identifying talent and high-potential employees, ensuring alignment with business units and CoEs.Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to capture training needs and provide feedback on programs delivered.Conduct presentations on company history, values, and policies for new hires and monitor their integration.Review salary proposals based on internal benchmarks and candidate expectations.Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and prepare analytical reports for the business unit.✅ Required Qualifications:Fluent English (mandatory).Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in related areas.Knowledge of compensation processes, benefits, training & development, and performance management.Ability to work consultatively and strategically with leadership teams.
