Renewal Sales Representative Opportunity
This role involves managing all renewals below a specific threshold, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and refreshing existing accounts to meet individual quarterly quotas.
* Manage renewal process according to established guidelines
* Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
* Develop and execute account plans for top-tier clients in assigned territories
* Collaborate with partners and distributors to drive revenue growth
* Forecast sales performance and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant sales experience in the IT industry
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Ability to handle multiple sources of information and prioritize tasks effectively
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and ability to leverage it for sales management
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player attitude
