We’re Hiring: Technical Sales – Power, Cooling & Fit-out | Latin America (Brazil-based)
At Vertiv, we are looking for a highly driven Technical Sales Professional to support the growth of our Power, Cooling, and Fit-out solutions across Latin America.
This role plays a key position in expanding our presence in strategic accounts and strengthening relationships with engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and key clients across the region.
What you’ll be doing:
* Drive business growth and achieve company targets
* Support account planning and engagement strategies for key clients
* Contribute to technical proposals, design documentation, and commercial offers
* Manage key accounts in partnership with global support teams
* Represent Vertiv in customer meetings and factory visits
* Promote industry awareness through participation in events and presentations
* Provide technical support to the sales team, including customer-facing presentations
* Lead customer communications and technical discussions
* Contribute to new product development (NPD) initiatives
* Provide market feedback to support product improvements and roadmap decisions
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or related fields preferred)
* Alternatively, a degree in Business or related areas combined with strong technical knowledge
* Experience in B2B sales within the Data Center industry
* Strong technical knowledge of 3-phase AC power systems and applications
* Solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
* Experience working with complex RFQ processes
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to manage challenging customer relationships and solve technical problems
* Intermediate level of English
Additional details:
* Travel required: approximately 50%
* Work model: office + field engagement
