**Role & Key Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a responsible and professional Company Driver to perform transportation duties for company personnel and handle courier services. This role requires a high level of reliability, punctuality, and a customer-focused attitude. The driver will ensure timely and safe transport of staff, as well as efficient delivery and pickup of documents and packages.
You will be responsible for:
- Transport company personnel to various destinations in a safe and timely manner.
- Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and packages to clients, vendors, and company locations.
- Ensure daily vehicle inspection and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle at all times.
- Plan routes efficiently using navigation tools or as directed.
- Keep accurate logs of daily trips, mileage, and deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks or errands as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company materials.
**Required Skills**:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven driving experience, preferably in a corporate or courier service role.
- Familiarity with the local area, roads, and traffic regulations.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift small to medium-sized packages.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in both personnel transport and document/courier services.
**Working Conditions**:
- Work may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Primarily on the road, with some time spent waiting or assisting at company offices.
- Exposure to traffic and varying weather conditions.
- On call.
