* Monitor study execution to ensure research protocols are followed and high-quality data is collected.
* Collaborate with panel management teams to confirm recruitment goals and monitor participant progress.
* Document best practices, FAQs, and template materials to streamline future projects.
* Log bugs or technical issues and escalate to internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
