POSITION TITLE: Microsoft Power Platform Developer (individual contractor 6 – 12-month term with the possibility of extension, remote in Brazil)
JOB OVERVIEW:
Working with our IT team to develop Power Platform solutions and provide technical support for the Power Platform systems. We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role requires a deep understanding of Power Platform, business process approval workflow, to create efficient and scalable solutions that meet our business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop and maintain Power Platform Applications (specifically Dynamics) and related components (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience writing and maintaining Power Platform flows for automation and system efficiency.
• Build APIs and integrations to connect external systems and implement business logic and flows.
• Integrate Power Platform with other Microsoft services including Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for developed applications and processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of developed applications.
• Working remotely cover 4 hours of US Pacific time zone (between 9:00am – 5:00pm PST).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and API.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, and other Microsoft services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification is preferred.
