OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical Senior Reporting Analyst to join our FP&A team and support our Finance Manager. In this role, you will develop and optimize reporting solutions, automate processes, and transform data into insights that drive strategic decision-making.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated solutions for FP&A needs.Translate business requirements into technical designs and data solutions.Analyze budgets, forecasts, and actuals, delivering insights to senior leadership.Work with cross-functional technical teams to understand data structures and pipelines.Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems.Develop queries, scripts, and analytical models to support reporting and business planning.Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes through detailed data analysis.Recommend continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and insights.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field (Master’s or certifications are a plus).5+ years of experience in financial data analysis or reporting roles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly.Advanced SQL (preferably MS SQL Server), Power BI, and Excel; Alteryx is a plus.Experience working with large, complex datasets.Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.Proactive self-starter able to work independently.
