**Key Responsibilities**
Your primary responsibilities will include developing innovative new tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources; developing custom interfaces, advanced workflows, and other technical elements within Salesforce that improve the overall user experience; and providing training to junior developers and managing their growth as engineers.
You will also analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Salesforce implementations, leveraging Flows, Apex, LWC, and any other relevant APIs; assist with integrations involving third-party APIs and implementation; take ownership of issues through to resolution; and liaise and work closely with internal teams on raised technical challenges and help guide product roadmap changes/new features.
