About the Role:
* We're seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Designing and maintaining an on-call and coverage plan to guarantee critical skills are available when needed.
2. Owning the incident management process for your accounts, prioritizing tasks, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving improvements based on key metrics.
3. Acting as incident lead/coordinator during major incidents, keeping engineers focused and customers informed.
You'll Be Responsible for Creating and Maintaining:
* SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), runbooks, and triage guides for SRE engineers.
