Overview
Clínicas Inteligentes is one of Brazil’s largest dental clinic networks, operating in more than 20 states with 2000 dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities
Provide in‑person assistance and clear information about procedures.
Enter patient data into the system and keep records current.
Track scheduled appointments rigorously, confirming patients in advance and verifying required procedures.
Guide patients through initial procedures and forward them to the consulting room.
Maintain signage in the waiting area, bathroom, and break room.
Prepare the workspace before clinic opening, ensuring it is clean and inviting.
Assist with rescheduling appointments, making adjustments for emergencies, prioritizing and communicating with all relevant parties.
Control supplies inventory and order items for office, hygiene, cleaning, and break room as needed.
Receive and sort internal and external correspondence, organize and distribute it, and archive it according to classification.
Process patient payments, update records after each consultation, and provide medical certificates, receipts, return cards, and other requested documentation.
Requirements
High school diploma (2º Grau) mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication.
Interpersonal relationship skills.
Organizational abilities.
Customer service experience, internal and external.
Proactive attitude.
