We’re looking, along with our partner, for a hands-on, highly entrepreneurial Creative Lead or Creative Manager to own and elevate their brand across every touchpoint from Amazon and Shopify to packaging and performance marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys both strategy and execution, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
What You’ll Own:
Brand & Visual Identity
* Maintain and evolve our partner’s brand identity across Amazon, Shopify, paid media, email, social, and packaging.
* Ensure every customer touchpoint feels cohesive, premium, and science-backed.
* Develop clear brand guidelines as they scale.
Website & Conversion-Focused Creative
* Continuously improve their Shopify site to enhance user experience and drive conversion.
* Create and optimize landing pages with a performance-first mindset.
* Partner with the growth team to test creative concepts and iterate based on performance data.
Creative Operations
* Own the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution.
* Plan and coordinate photo shoots, content production, and campaign launches.
* Manage timelines, assets, and deliverables with speed and precision.
* Build lightweight systems that help them scale creative efficiently.
Content Production & UGC
* Shoot and edit product photography and lifestyle content.
* Produce short-form video content for ads and social.
* Help concept, script, and oversee UGC production.
* Continuously refresh performance creative to combat ad fatigue and improve results.
Who You Are:
* 2–3 years of experience with strong ownership and startup dynamic, or Senior-level candidates (Senior Manager / Associate Director) who can bring strategic leadership and help scale the creative function.
* A strong visual storyteller with a sharp eye for branding and design.
* Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and digital asset creation.
* Comfortable balancing big-picture brand thinking with hands-on execution.
* Experienced in content creation (photography, video, UGC).
* Performance-minded you understand that great creative drives measurable growth.
* Organized and proactive you can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excited about health, wellness, and building a trusted supplement brand from the ground up.
