About the Role As a Senior Trade International Support Officer, you will provide quality control for documents and data from three different business areas: Trade, Transactional and International. You will also review and reconcile information and ensure all reports and outputs are in compliance with regulatory requirements. It does identify the issues in payments and documents processing and implements solutions according to established guidelines. You will also provide recommendations for process improvements in using the digital channels for other stakeholders. Ensure our customer’s Trade Products, International Telegraphic Products through DOC Flow System and On boarding new customers to Digital Platform is provided in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for Regulatory requirements within the business in spot checks. Responsible for all queries in relates to trade, transactional and international transactions.
