**What a typical workday looks like**:

- Achieving goals and KPIs
- Prospecting new clients in Brazil and managing a contact database on HubSpot for old negotiations that did not move forward.
- Active listening
- Presenting and educating potential clients about the benefits and solutions of edrone.
- Collaboration with internal teams:

- Providing feedback and insights to the marketing and management teams, aligning strategies according to market demands.

**This position is perfect for you if**:

- You are familiar with CRM tools and marketing automation: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Hunter, Vidyard, and others.
- You have a proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- You are adaptable and persistent: Ability to adjust to market demands and maintain focus and determination.

**Profile and skills we are looking for**:

- Communication and negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and prospects.
- Teamwork and independence: Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, contributing to team success.
- Resilience and persuasion: Confidence to handle rejections and overcome objections with a strategic and empathetic approach.
- Results-oriented: Focus on personal success and achieving goals.

**It’s a plus if you have**:

- Intermediate or advanced English (B1/B2), with an emphasis on writing and speaking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM strategies.
- Experience in understanding market needs and translating them into strategic solutions.

**Recruitment Process**:

- Interview with the HR and Culture lead, Giovanna Dias, to get to know you better.
- Role-play with the SDR leadership team to practice common challenges of the role.
- Online interview with the sales lead, Rafael Bueno.
- Final decision and offer!

Regardless of the outcome, you will always receive feedback after each stage.

**Salary**: R$3,294.11 (CLT contract) + commission (no payroll deduction)

**Location**: São José dos Campos, Brazil (in-person work)
