Senior IT Technical Recruiter
Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Latin America. The successful candidate will focus on sourcing, screening and placing top technical talent for U.S.-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment process management including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding.
* Building strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluating applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Posting job advertisements across relevant platforms and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintaining data accuracy and tracking recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
