Key Responsibilities
* The ideal candidate will design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* They will consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaboration with engineering teams is necessary to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* The selected individual will manage and resolve client support tickets while maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Time tracking against project agreements is crucial to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Reporting project progress and participating in ongoing technical training and development are essential tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* A strong background in Intune and mobile device management is necessary.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions is required.
* A solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems is essential.
* The ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation is vital.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices is also required.
