Overview of our Electrical BIM Team Lead role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Team Lead to oversee and lead the development, coordination, and delivery of Electrical BIM models across all project stages.
* * Lead the Electrical BIM team by providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship to ensure accurate and efficient model development.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables.
* Prepare and deliver BIM-related documentation, including model execution plans, progress reports, schedules, and technical presentations.
Key Requirements:
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery.
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical discipline) with strong understanding of electrical systems.
* Strong experience using Navisworks for clash detection, coordination, and model review.
