Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned learning delivery professional to spearhead our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and customer service, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze client training needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements;
* Manage session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation processes;
* Coordinate training sessions with internal teams and external partners;
* Ensure seamless execution of training activities and maintain high-quality standards;
* Support learner success by providing timely support and guidance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations;
* Proven track record of working in an international environment;
* High-level understanding of the training landscape and its evolving trends;
* Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset;
* Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely;
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint;
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
