About This Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital part in our marketing team's success. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging content that drives audience engagement, leads, and brand authority across various platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Plan and develop social media content, including images and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Video Editing: Edit videos for our YouTube channel and oversee or execute short-form video edits.
* Blogging and Writing: Write and repurpose blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
* Paid Media Campaigns: Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to amplify high-performing content.
* Content Calendar: Coordinate our content calendar across formats and channels.
What We're Looking For:
* Availability: This role requires significant time availability, commitment, and focus.
* Responsiveness: Responsiveness during business hours is essential.
* Communication: Consistent communication and follow-ups are crucial.
* Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing, strong writing skills in English, and basic video editing skills are required.
