Job Description:
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
IHC Modeling (target operating model) and end-to-end processes
Configuration of In-House Bank (structure, internal accounts, operational parameters)
Configuration of participants (companies/entities, assignments, and rules)
Virtual accounts / internal accounts and their operation (creation, assignment, monitoring)
Intercompany payment flows enabled by IHC (excluding POBO/COBO)
Cash pooling / liquidity concentration (structures, rules, limits, schedules, execution, and monitoring)
Intercompany loans: setup, conditions, rates, interest calculation/accrual, schedules
Related FI postings: accounting impacts, functional integration with FI (postings, documents, traceability)
Functional reconciliation between IHC movements and accounting (operational control)
IHC functional testing (SIT/UAT): scenario design, evidence, regression
Cutover and initial support (hypercare) from an IHC functional perspective
Functional documentation (BBP/FSD), business rules, and operating procedures
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Desired Functional Skills
Functional integration with AP/AR and payments (touchpoints and validations)
Operational governance: monitoring, incident management, and internal controls (without going into specific tools)
General knowledge of Cash Management in S/4HANA (for data consistency and reporting)
Ability to conduct workshops and translate business requirements into standard configuration
