We are looking to recruit a Sales Analyst based in São Paulo to join our B2C Inbound Sales department. As member of our sales team you will manage inbound sales requests concerning bookings of Tabas properties
Responsibilities and Attributions
Respond to incoming property sales inquiries full cycle and handling requests (via phone, email, whatsapp, etc) generated from all online sales channels (Website, Airbnb, Vivareal, Zap, Corporate Housing Partners, Corporates) offering clients the best accommodation solution based on their need;
Support the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics;
Interact and negotiate with clients, help them to understand the business, and solve any queries they might have;
Proactive daily pipeline management in our CRM.
Requirements and Qualifications
Nice to have experience in sales or account management;
Ability to run proper exploratory/discovery calls, be an active listener and objection handling and negotiation;
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays;
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
Customer-first mindset and hunter mentality;
A coachable individual able to implement feedback;
Advanced in English, ability to talk and write with normality.
