As a creative automation specialist, you will be at the intersection of creativity, technology, and client success.
Your mission is to help leading brands scale their creative production using an in-platform design tool.
You'll not only design high-performance templates but also manage onboarding processes, lead training, and act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through a smooth adoption of the platform.
This role combines creative design with project and relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, ownership, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design dynamic templates that automate and scale creative production across platforms.
* Translate creative briefs into flexible templates built for performance and brand consistency.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and technical needs.
Client Onboarding & Training:
* Owning the onboarding journey for clients from kick-off to rollout.
* Leading hands-on platform training (1:1 and group), empowering clients to create and manage their own campaigns.
* Being a trusted point of contact for questions, support, and adoption guidance throughout the client relationship.
Project & Relationship Management:
* Coordinating onboarding and training timelines, managing expectations, and communicating progress clearly with both clients and internal teams.
* Gathering feedback from clients and translating their needs into actionable insights for the product team.
* Ensuring clients are satisfied and excited about the value the platform brings to their creative process.
Innovation & Expansion:
* Participating in the growth story of the region by shaping how creative automation is adopted.
* Helping refine the approach to onboarding and support for large markets.
* Collaborating across teams to continuously improve workflows and tools.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (Portuguese and Spanish are pluses)
* Experience with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about automation and smart workflows
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* 2+ years of experience in design, client success, or creative operations
