About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Quality & Performance Expert to drive operational excellence through data, quality control, and performance tracking.
In this role, you will monitor key processes, ensure compliance with standards, and identify opportunities to improve execution quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable improvements and support the achievement of business targets.
What You’ll Do ⭐
Monitor adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards across operations
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
Evaluate operational performance against business goals and identify gaps or deviations
Conduct root cause analysis on performance or compliance issues and structure actionable insights
Drive and follow up on improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency
Build and deliver regular reports on performance, compliance, and target achievement
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, metrics, and execution priorities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in operations, performance management, quality, compliance, or data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, and reporting (with tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms)
High attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through with execution
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
