Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis professional to handle SLA adherence and process compliance, lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities, define and enforce operational processes, maximize system uptime, and manage BASIS activities.
Additionally, you will collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation support.
This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP server installation/configuration, high availability setup, SAP BASIS server administration, and RCA for escalated issues. You should have a good understanding of NetWeaver components and experience with Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Windows admin.
Furthermore, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication, strong documentation and MS Office skills, and a customer-centric mindset with high adaptability.
