Governance and New Demands Lead
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Demand Management: Oversee the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
2. Campaign Enhancement: Drive improvements in governance processes and tools, collaborating with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
3. Service Introduction & Handover to Operations: Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring that requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
5. Process Standardization: Establish and enforce standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.
7. Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
8. Partner Coordination: Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in governance and demand management.
