As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency within our organization by leveraging technology. Your expertise as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager is sought after to assist with the digitization of our processes, specifically the full Accounts Receivable cycle.
This role will involve managing the entire AR process, including receiving and processing client agreements, generating and sending invoices weekly, maintaining accurate AR schedules, and supporting collections. Additionally, you will oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle and perform weekly bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, with experience in accounting and month-end close processes. They should also have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively across teams.
In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, and Internal Operations, to execute a timely and accurate month-end close by the 18th of each month. The role will involve:
* Weekly tasks:
o Manage the full AR cycle
o Maintain AR schedule and support collections
o Oversee AP cycle
o Perform weekly bank reconciliations
* Monthly tasks:
o Execute a timely and accurate month-end close, including bank reconciliations, prepaid expense schedules, accruals, and deferrals
o Identify and analyze revenue leakage
o Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements

This role will be fully remote, with availability required 3 times per week between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Time during the initial ramp-up period, and post-ramp-up: availability 1–2 times per week during the same hours.
