Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in the nutraceutical ingredients market across Latin America. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage manufacturers, building strong relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and product launches that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in nutraceutical ingredients, combined with your excellent communication and negotiation skills, will enable you to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the nutraceutical ingredients industry, with a strong understanding of regional regulations and standards. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required, with English being a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
2. Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
3. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
6. Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
7. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
8. Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
2. Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
3. Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
4. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
5. Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management.
6. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
