**JOB Title**: Logistics Analyst, SR
Job Summary
This position will be responsible to develop and guide intra-logistics process-flow on top of SAP EWM implementation for our AGCO Canoas plant.
Job Function and Responsibilities
Develop and lead intra-logistics process-flow review for masterdata cleansing and process definition for changes to allow SAP EWM implementation and stabilization along tractor manufacturing plant in Canoas. Conduct logistics footprint on top of SAP EWM processes and impacts. Guide logistics manpower and balance analysis (labor management). Lead intra-logistics improvement projects and cost-driven projects. Develop RASIC and SIPOC documents for all intra-logistics processes. Define under AGCO Academy all necessary training sessions for new operators and its workload per level on AGCO Logistics hancho. Conduct best-practices to be shared on SA plants and be the domain lead for global stds.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Business
MBA or MSc degree in Logistics or Operations
Qualifications and Experience
+10 years of experience under logistics engineering area such as logistics process improvements projects implementation and cost reduction initiatives.
Microsoft Office advanced
Lean and six sigma knowledge
Experience on RASIC and SIPOC documentation
Project management skills
Analytics skills
SAP EWM, WM or any WMS system knowledge (end-user)
**Languages**: English (professional fluency level)
