Cadence is a remote-first organization with staff spread across multiple countries. We operate in three time zones: APAC, EMEA, and Americas. As a project manager for our interpretation team, you will play a key role in meeting clients' interpretation and market research needs with precision and efficiency.
The job requires managing multiple projects daily, with varying project lengths from same-day calls to multi-week focus groups. Key responsibilities include:
* Scoping client needs
* Matchmaking linguists for projects
* Executing project coordination
* Evaluating profitability and client satisfaction

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Fluency in English, with fluency in an additional language being a bonus
* Experience with CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
