Key Responsibilities:
* Source high-quality IT candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to ensure the best fit for the role
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
* Experience recruiting in the Brazilian market
* Proficiency in ATS systems and LinkedIn sourcing tools
Preferred Skills:
* Experience hiring for global or remote roles
* Immediate availability for onboarding and start-up
