The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for our clients, managing their expectations and ensuring seamless communication between them and our teams. Key responsibilities include:
 * Building and maintaining strong client relationships
 * Communicating client needs and expectations to our teams
 * Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery
 * Proactively resolving issues and anticipating client needs
 * Regularly updating clients on project status
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * Minimum 2 years experience in account management or a related field
 * Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slack
 * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 * A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
