Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our interpretation and market research projects.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with clients and linguists to meet project requirements and deliver exceptional results. Your strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.
* Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
* Client Communication: Maintain open communication channels with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Linguist Recruitment: Identify and recruit specialized language professionals to assist on projects, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects per day
* Identify colleagues to assist based on relevant time zones or regions
* Sync up expectations between client(s) and linguist(s)
* Evaluate profitability and client satisfaction
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication with clients, linguists, and colleagues.
* Experience with Salesforce or Similar CRM Systems: Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it to manage projects and client relationships.
* Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field: A degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
* Fluency in English: Proficiency in English, with fluency in an additional language a bonus.
* Ability to Work Under Pressure: Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
