Level 1 IT Support Specialist (SAP Experience Required) Location:Remote Employment Type:Contract - 3 months initially Daily Rate:€60 – €70 per day Job Overview We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide first-line technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have basic experience with SAP systems and a strong customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for handling initial support requests, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating more complex problems when necessary.Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT and SAP-related issues Log, track, and manage support tickets in the system Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support teams Assist users with SAP login issues, navigation, and basic functionality Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions Follow standard support procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)Requirements Basic experience working with SAP (any module is a plus) Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service role preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools Good organizational and time management skills High level of EnglishNice to Have Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) Understanding of ITIL principles Multilingual skills (if applicable)
