Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.

Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic insights to help our clients scale their businesses. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

To achieve this, you will need to have exceptional communication skills, a strong command of English with minimal accent, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

* You will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
* You will regularly check in with clients to review performance, provide strategic insights, and optimize their marketing campaigns.
* You will identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to help clients grow their businesses.
* You will address client concerns promptly and professionally, working with internal teams to resolve any challenges.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or home services industries. They will be fluent in English, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable using CRM and project management tools.
