Requirements:
* Advanced skills in digital illustration, drawing, and painting
* Experience in graphic design and graphics
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, or other illustration software
* Ability to deliver original work, with zero tolerance for AI-generated or poorly layered files
* Proven professional experience with client work, agency projects, or published illustrations
* Strong communication skills in a remote setting
