Role Summary The Marketing Manager 360° sits at the intersection of all cross-functional teams driving the brand and product marketing strategy forward in Brazil. This person blends strategic thinking and creative execution, ensuring the brand remains innovative, disruptive, and locally relevant. You'll bring global campaigns to life in a uniquely Brazilian way, with a consumer-first mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for brand storytelling and results.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated / 360° Marketing Strategy
* Develop and execute the full 360° marketing strategy for Brazil, aligned with LATAM and global direction.
* Bring to life the brand DNA through impactful and locally relevant campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, retail, PR, influencer, trade, and education) to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
* Adapt global campaigns and craft localized initiatives based on strategic insights and consumer behavior.
* Define KPIs and monitor performance to ensure ROI and continuous optimization.
* Manage marketing budget efficiently and align investments with business priorities.
Brand Activations, Events & Partnerships
* Ideate and lead brand activations, pop-ups, and in-store experiences that amplify engagement and conversion.
* Collaborate with influencer and PR teams to develop creative and culturally relevant events, trips, and product send-outs that generate strong EMV and social buzz.
* Build and manage brand partnerships that expand audience reach while maintaining aspirational image and consistency. This includes experience with negotiating partnership agreements.
* Oversee the brand's visual merchandising expression across retail doors, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution.
* Partner with the Retail & Education teams to boost service awareness and service sales across stores.
* Coordinate GWP programs, launch activations, and local communication campaigns with a consumer-centric mindset.
* The ability to analyze ROI for each activation will be key to ensure the spend had a positive impact on retail sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
* Serve as the local bridge between global brand strategy and field execution.
* Ensure flawless implementation across channels (in-store, online, influencer, social).
* Lead project timelines, agency briefings, creative reviews, and post-campaign analysis.
* Partner with Operations, Supply, and Trade Marketing to secure on-time delivery and smooth rollout.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration with sales and finance teams to align objectives and maximize results.
* Report regularly to management on marketing KPIs, results, and insights.
Who You Are
* 5–10 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management within beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
* Strong understanding of the Brazilian retail landscape and consumer behavior.
* Creative and strategic thinker, with a proven ability to innovate within Global brand guidelines and create data-driven digital campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales.
* Expertise in marketing strategy combined with strong financial acumen, including proven ability to prepare and manage budgets, analyze marketing spend, forecast sales, and develop data-driven strategies aligned with commercial objectives and measurable impact.
* Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
* MANDATORY Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and ideally Asana or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Passion for beauty, trends, and building emotional consumer connections.
* Experience working with global brands and adapting marketing strategies to local markets.
