Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, building strong partnerships with customers.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Presentation of nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Market analysis and competitor activity monitoring to identify white space and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
* Representation of the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
