Your Mission
In this role, you will lead the charge in driving end-to-end growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for navigating complex traffic allocation and leveraging intelligent marketing models to ensure Bettr remains the preferred choice for users and merchants alike.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Scale Growth: Design and execute high-impact strategies to acquire and retain users at a scale of tens of millions of DAU. Optimize Traffic: Lead contextual traffic allocation projects, aiming for significant increases in user engagement (30%+). Build Ecosystems: Drive B2 B2 C operations, creating successful case studies with 100+ core merchants to strengthen our marketplace. Smart Marketing: Collaborate with data teams to apply machine learning models (CTR/LTV prediction) to maximize marketing efficiency.
