This position involves finding engineers to relocate to Sweden and supporting them through the relocation process.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate with the global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden.Work with our Swedish delivery management team to handle practical relocation matters for consultants (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).Support clients primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Plan and execute work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Be part of an efficient team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail and the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, positive, social and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.Durable and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue with renewed effort.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Job detailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Employment type: Full-time; Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; Minimum 12 months.Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.Please send your English CV to: ******.
