We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of IT Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal departments. You will work closely with our team to resolve hardware and software issues, as well as provide guidance and assistance to clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of network and server administration, as well as hands-on experience with mounting and unmounting devices. Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10) and MS Office is also required.
The successful candidate will be an excellent team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Furthermore, they should have good knowledge of German or English (written and oral) and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to internal departments
* Responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
* Assist clients with queries and problems
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
